Job summary

ALTEN Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support banking, financial, and accounting platforms. You will translate business objectives into functional specs, collaborate with business and tech teams, and drive data-driven decisions across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Analysis within banking, financial services, or a similar regulated environment.
• Ability to convert business objectives into practical functional specifications.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem solving.
• Experience using data and metrics to support recommendations and business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background in Finance or Accounting processes is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with Agile delivery methods and practices.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
