Business Analyst with Java Development Experience (m/f/d) – Requirements Engineering/IREB/Java/Requirements Analysis/5+ Years of Experience

For a client project, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (925332JP) with IREB certification and a solid background in Java software development. In this role, you will analyze and structure business requirements and support their translation into implementable IT solutions. Experience in the police sector and with Swiss authorities is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating functional and technical requirements
• Coordinating requirements with business units, stakeholders, and development teams
• Creating and maintaining requirement specifications as the basis for software development
• Evaluating technical feasibility, drawing on your experience as a Java Software Engineer
• Ensuring the traceability and quality of requirements and supporting requirement changes

Requirements:

• IREB certification is mandatory
• At least five years of total experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
• At least two assignments as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer within the last five years
• Previous experience as a Java Software Engineer with at least three years of professional experience
• Professional experience in a police environment or with Swiss authorities is an advantage
