Vergani 2023, a 134-year-old Swiss family business and leading wine merchant, invites a breakfast cook to join in Zürich. The role is 40% with immediate start or by arrangement, focusing on Sunday brunch and breakfast prep.

You will co-create, manage inventory, ensure HACCP hygiene, and work closely with a small kitchen team. A training as a cook (EBA) or equivalent is required, German language skills are essential, and independence and quality are valued.

Qualificações

• Completed training as a cook (EBA) or comparable qualification.
• Experience in breakfast or brunch preferred.
• Independent, organized work style with overview in busy times.

Responsabilidades

• Sunday brunch and breakfast prep with passion.
• Co-creation and active development of our brunch offer.
• Inventory check, deliveries and quality control.
• Hygiene and quality in line with HACCP regulations.
• Collaborate with team for smooth kitchen operations.
