UEFA is seeking a Front-Office Specialist to serve as the sole contact for broadcast partners for unilateral services. The role provides first-level support and coordinates with internal UEFA stakeholders and the back-office to schedule services for a portfolio of clients at UEFA’s Nyon headquarters.

The position requires 3-5 years in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree, and English proficiency. The role is based in Nyon, with up to one day per week working from home, for a fixed-term period

Aufgaben

• Receiving broadcasters’ requests through the broadcaster booking system and processing them in accordance with procedures
• Managing and following up on all non-standard services requests
• Providing first-level support for broadcaster booking system issues
• Coordinating broadcasters’ needs with internal UEFA stakeholders
• Coordinating all broadcasters’ requests with the back-office team for allocation/scheduling
• Checking broadcasters' bookings for consistency
• Ensuring correct invoicing information for services booked
