UEFA seeks a Front-Office Specialist in Nyon to be the sole contact for broadcast partners for unilateral services. You will deliver first-level support, manage bookings, and coordinate with back-office teams and venue liaison offices to ensure timely delivery, invoicing accuracy, and smooth operations for UEFA EURO 2028.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree, and relocation to Switzerland/France.

Qualifikationen

• English proficiency: Professional working level.

Aufgaben

• Receive broadcasters’ requests via the broadcaster booking system and process per procedures.
• Manage and follow up on non-standard service requests.
• Provide first-level support for broadcaster booking system issues.
• Coordinate broadcasters’ needs with internal UEFA stakeholders.
• Coordinate all broadcaster requests with back-office and venue liaison offices for delivery.
• Check bookings for consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure correct invoicing information for services booked.
