Frontify, the brand platform behind leading organizations, seeks a Professional Services Intern in St. Gallen for a 50% part-time role.

You’ll support the team by creating Proofs of Concept (POCs) and shaping brand spaces, collaborating with seasoned professionals, and learning how pre-sales and branding intersect. You will gain hands-on experience in brand systems, visual storytelling, and client-facing work within an international SaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (e.g. Marketing, Business, Design).
• Seeking a 50% part-time role alongside studies.
• Interested in branding, storytelling, and visual materials that support sales.
• Enjoy creating presentations and marketing visuals.
• Quick to adapt to new tools and workflows.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks for practice.
• Comfortable with reading and speaking English; on-the-job learning.
• Basic experience with Figma, Adobe, Canva, or similar; eager to learn.

Aufgaben

• Support creation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospective customers.
• Recreate and structure brand spaces based on guidelines.
• Create brand showcases, presentations, and POC materials for pre-sales.
• Ensure visual consistency and quality across POCs.
• Review content and layouts for inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Professional Services on shared POC initiatives.
• Help improve internal POC templates and guidelines.
