BaseGVA is seeking a mid-level Designer to join our creative team in Geneva. You will collaborate with the Design Director and Creative Director to conceptualize, create, and manage day-to-day tasks across a range of projects.

Requirements include 3–4 years of creative experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, and Figma, and fluency in English and French. The role is on-site in Geneva with 80–100% employment.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of creative experience, ideally at an agency or creative studio.
• Motion, Type design or UX / UI design experience is a plus.
• Works fluently across creative disciplines and media.
• Strong command of current industry tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies (Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Figma).
• Strong visual culture: well-versed in photography, film, art, and design references, with a sharp, discerning eye.

Aufgaben

• Apply Base's 'concept first' approach to branding and translate a brand essence into a relevant, differentiating brand identity.
• Take ownership of design workstreams from concept to final production, with support from the Design Director.
• Develop flexible design systems and document them into clear guidelines, templates, and asset files across digital and print.
• Contribute to and present in creative and client meetings, building confidence in defending ideas.
• Work with strategists, other designers, and collaborators to enrich the quality of the work.
• Support pitches and proposals, including under tight deadlines.
