RealWear seeks a hands-on Brand Design Intern to support the creation of high-quality marketing, brand, and campaign assets across digital, social, web, presentations, and print.

This paid internship offers a practical, hands-on experience with exposure to global campaigns, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the chance to contribute to visual identity and design systems while working in a hybrid setup in Bern, Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with motion graphics, video assets, or animation is a plus.
• Strong communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
• Curiosity for AI tools and willingness to test new workflows.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and external stakeholders to translate requirements into outputs
• Support photo, video, motion, and content production where needed
• Help build scalable creative workflows, templates, and frameworks for efficiency

We’re Hiring! Brand Design Intern

We are looking for a hands-on Brand Design Intern to support the creation of high-quality marketing, brand, and campaign assets across digital, social, web, presentations, and print.

What You’ll Do

We're looking for a designer who can turn ideas, briefs, and rough inputs into clean, useful visual assets. The role is open to students, early-career candidates, and experienced workers looking for their next challenge. We care less about your degree and more about your mindset, curiosity, and eye for design.

This is a practical, hands-on internship, not a "watch and learn" one. You'll actively:

• Create digital and static assets for social media, newsletters, presentations, ads, web, and print
• Develop graphics, illustrations, infographics, layouts, and visual treatments for campaign and brand communication
• Design marketing, event, and partnership materials
• Build and adapt campaign templates, decks, motion assets, and multi-page documents
• Prepare files for digital distribution and print

• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and external stakeholders to translate requirements into strong visual outputs
• Support photo, video, motion, and content production where needed
• Help build scalable creative workflows, templates, and frameworks that help teams produce content more efficiently

Role Details

• Location: Hybrid (Bern, Switzerland)
• Hours: 60-100%
• Start date: Mutual agreement
• Duration: 6-month fixed term, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract
• Compensation: Paid internship

What You Bring

• Strong portfolio showing design projects, layouts, reports, campaign assets, and visual styles
• Strong knowledge of typography, color, layout, composition, and design best practices
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and ideally Figma
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver polished, professional layouts
• Experience with reports, infographics, presentations, brochures, or stakeholder documents
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video assets, or animation is a plus
• Strong communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines
• Curiosity for AI tools and a willingness to test new creative workflows
• Reliable, proactive, and able to own specific timelines and deliverables
• Interest in communication and content, not just visual execution
