RealWear seeks a hands-on Brand Design Intern to support the creation of high-quality marketing, brand, and campaign assets across digital, social, web, presentations, and print.

This paid internship offers a practical, hands-on experience with exposure to global campaigns, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the chance to contribute to visual identity and design systems while working in a hybrid setup in Bern, Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio showcasing design projects, layouts, reports, and visual styles.
• Strong typography, color, layout, composition and design best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and ideally Figma.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver polished layouts.
• Experience with reports, infographics, presentations, brochures, or stakeholder documents.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video assets, or animation is a plus.
• Strong communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
• Curiosity for AI tools and willingness to test new workflows.

Aufgaben

• Create digital and static assets for social media, newsletters, presentations, ads, web, and print.
• Develop graphics, illustrations, infographics, layouts, and visual treatments for campaign and brand communication
• Design marketing, event, and partnership materials
• Build and adapt campaign templates, decks, motion assets, and multi-page documents
• Prepare files for digital distribution and print
• Support the maintenance and evolution of the visual identity and marketing design system
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and external stakeholders to translate requirements into outputs
• Support photo, video, motion, and content production where needed
• Help build scalable creative workflows, templates, and frameworks for efficiency
