We're Hiring! Performance Marketing Manager

RealWear | Bern, Switzerland (Hybrid)

At RealWear, we are the global leader in assisted reality head-mounted displays, empowering frontline workers with hands-free access to real-time information and expertise. Trusted by some of the world's largest enterprises, our wearable solutions are transforming industries worldwide.

Find new ways to do performance marketing. We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our global demand generation efforts. You will rethink how we turn attention into pipeline.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, analyzing, and continuously improving. You'll have the freedom to experiment, move fast, and help shape how RealWear generates pipeline across digital channels.

• Run and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
• Optimize the website and webshop with the team: landing pages, forms, funnels, and product pages
• Drive SEO and AI search optimization
• Manage leads, campaigns, and pipelines in HubSpot
• Track, analyze, and report on what is working and what is not
• Use AI and AI agents to research, automate, and scale
• Work closely with the content team to produce case studies and lead generation material (whitepapers, guides, landing page assets)
• Drive partner marketing and lead generation across partner channels

• Location: Hybrid (Bern, Switzerland)
• Hours: 80%-100%
• Start date: Mutual agreement

What You Bring

• Experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar B2B channels
• Experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Experience optimizing websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels
• Good understanding of SEO and modern AI-powered search
• Curiosity about AI and practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to improve workflows
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly
• Strong ownership mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English
