Monte Rosa Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Program and Alliance Manager based in Basel to oversee internal and partnered programs from discovery through early clinical development. You will manage integrated development plans, budgets, milestones, and cross-functional teams, collaborating with program leaders and external partners to ensure timely delivery and compliant execution.

Ideal candidates hold an MBA or Ph.D.

Qualifikationen

• MBA and/or Ph.D. in biological sciences.
• 6+ years in biotech/pharma; 3–5 years managing cross-functional projects and alliances.
• Experience with IND prep and drug development processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead integrated development plans across assigned projects and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Actively manage and monitor program progress to ensure timely execution of activities and milestones.
• Identify critical paths and optimize program execution while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Monitor issues through resolution and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes and implications.
• Coordinate communications with internal teams and external partners regarding plans, status, data, logistics and deliverables.
• Foster relationships with external alliance counterparts to meet contractual obligations and responsibilities.
• Facilitate governance meetings with agendas, minutes, action logs, and risk registers.
• Track cross-functional timelines, deliverables, risk registers, and program dashboards.
• Escalate issues proactively and drive mitigation or resolution.
• Champion programs through governance processes and communicate decisions clearly.
