Zusammenfassung

Cosaic is building a new category of food ingredients, offering an internship focused on extraction and analysis from bioreactors to final product. You will own real parts of scale-up and see results feed into products and pilot-scale technology.

The role provides hands-on responsibility early, mentorship from the R&D team, and exposure to transforming science into commercial value at an early-stage company.

Qualifikationen

• MSc in Process Engineering, Food Science, or Bioprocessing.
• Experience with data analysis or AI tools in research or lab projects.
• Lab bench experience from thesis, internship, or coursework.
• Interested in improving how food is made.
• Able to learn new tools quickly when required.
• Uses AI in work for research, analysis, or efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Develop new methods to improve yield, quality, and control of the extraction process.
• Work on the extraction from bioreactors to the final product and develop new versions of the ingredient for clients.
• Participate in developing the patented deodorization technology to reach pilot.
• Support startup operations around 20-30% of the time (share can vary).
