Qualifikationen

• Strong expertise in fermentation, bioprocessing, and pilot or industrial-scale operations.
• Apply scale-up, tech transfer and industrialization knowledge to ensure robust processes.
• Use analytics, process data and automation tools to troubleshoot and improve reproducibility.
• Collaborate across research, engineering, operations, quality and safety teams.
• Communicate confidently in French or English.
• Demonstrate collaboration with a wellbeing-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead pilot-scale bioprocess trials to scale promising research to manufacturing.
• Drive fermentation process development by optimizing media, feeds and key parameters.
• Develop downstream processing approaches to improve yield and product quality.
• Build process understanding through data analysis, automation insights and digital tools.
• Contribute to safe, compliant pilot plant operations through risk assessment and documentation.
• Translate process needs into practical equipment and facility solutions for new capabilities.
