Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Biology Specialist for a Freelance AI Trainer Project, conducted remotely from Switzerland. You will evaluate AI-generated biology explanations, challenge models with advanced biology questions, and document errors with evidence-based reasoning.

The ideal candidate holds advanced biology knowledge, strong analytical skills, and can clearly explain complex concepts. Prior research or wet-lab experience is valued; PhD preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Test AI models using theoretical biology questions and realistic lab scenarios.
• Evaluate responses across cell biology, molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology, immunology, neurobiology, developmental biology, evolutionary biology, and biochemistry.
• Assess scientific reasoning related to signal transduction, gene expression, protein folding, microscopy, cloning, CRISPR, genome editing, lab protocols, and biosafety procedures.
• Review explanations for factual accuracy, scientific validity, and logical consistency.
• Identify and document model failure modes and gaps in reasoning; capture reproducible error traces and explain inaccuracies.
• Recommend improvements to prompts, evaluation criteria, and testing methodologies.
• Communicate reasoning clearly by outlining evidence, assumptions, and steps.
