Zusammenfassung

Celerion, a leading bioanalytical contract research organization, is expanding its Zurich-area lab in Fehraltorf and seeking a Life-Science Automation Programmer.

You will convert R&D workflows into robust, documented robotic routines and program VENUS and EVOware. You’ll help improve throughput and reliability of liquid-handling robots in a regulated environment, collaborating across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life-science discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology).
• Solid understanding of immunoassays and/or chromatographic methods.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience programming Hamilton liquid-handling robots using VENUS software to support automated workflows in a regulated laboratory environment.
• German language skills beneficial.
• Collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Structured, detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Able to balance development work with operational support.
• Experience with Python, VB or SQL is beneficial but not required.

Aufgaben

• Convert bioscience assay workflows defined by R&D into robust, documented robotic routines.
• Program using VENUS and EVOware software and regularly assess robots’ performance.
• Enable liquid handling robots to improve performance and throughput of assays.
• Support automation development and maintain regulatory compliance in the lab.
