Lancaster City Schools is posting a classified vacancy for the 2026-2027 school year. Location is District Wide with availability date of 8/1/2026.

The ideal candidate will hold or be eligible for full Ohio licensure and/or an aide permit, plus at least one year of experience with autism and related developmental disabilities in various settings. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma; coursework in behavioral sciences or related fields is preferred, along with experience in skills

Qualifications

• Holds or is eligible to obtain full ODE licensure and/or an Ohio aide permit.
• Minimum one year of experience working directly with children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, school, or clinical settings.
• High School Diploma required; coursework in related fields preferred.
• Experience providing skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols.
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI background checks.
• Possesses a valid Ohio driver's license.
