Horizonia is seeking an ambitious B2B Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) to drive growth for Google Cloud and Google Ads in the DACH market. You will manage outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities for C-level decision-makers, and act as the strategic link between prospects and Google solutions.

Locations available Barcelona or Krakow with a hybrid work model and full relocation support. The role rewards a hunter mentality, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of proven B2B sales, outbound calling, or business development experience.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1) proficiency.
• Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and cloud/digital marketing basics.

Aufgaben

• Outbound Prospecting: Execute outbound calls, emails, and social selling campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers across the DACH region.
• Opportunity Qualification: Identify client business needs, map pain points to Google Cloud/Google Ads solutions, and generate SQOs.
• Deal Management: Maintain and update account details, lead pipelines, and activities in Salesforce.
• Quota Ownership: Achieve daily/weekly activity targets and quarterly SQO conversion quotas.
• Market Expansion: Build long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise prospects to expand market share.
