TalentCloud Group in Bern, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer focused on Azure to scale secure cloud infrastructure powering next‑generation healthcare solutions.

You will design and operate compliant Azure environments, automate infrastructure with Terraform, and build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitLab. The role combines regulatory rigor with modern DevOps practices in a fast‑growing MedTech setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Hands‑on expertise with Terraform / Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
• Regulated environments experience (GxP, ISO, medical device, healthcare) is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Designing and operating Microsoft Azure environments aligned with regulatory and security standards.
• Automating infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools such as Terraform.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitLab.
• Collaborating within an agile platform team (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
• Supporting internal product teams by translating requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
• Ensuring security, compliance and traceability throughout the cloud infrastructure lifecycle.
• Working with external IT partners and vendors to integrate services.
