TalentCloud Group in Bern, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer focused on Azure to scale secure cloud infrastructure powering next‑generation healthcare solutions.

You will design and operate compliant Azure environments, automate infrastructure with Terraform, and build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitLab. The role combines regulatory rigor with modern DevOps practices in a fast‑growing MedTech setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Hands‑on expertise with Terraform / Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
• Regulated environments experience (GxP, ISO, medical device, healthcare) is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.

You will work closely with a small, highly skilled platform team delivering cloud solutions that support cutting-edge medical technology used by patients worldwide.

Your Role

As a key member of the Cloud Platform / DevOps team, you will design and operate secure cloud environments that enable engineering teams to build life-changing digital health solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and operating Microsoft Azure environments aligned with strict regulatory and security standards (GxP, ISO 27001, FDA, MDR)
• Automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Azure DevOps, GitHub or GitLab
• Collaborating within an agile platform team (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
• Supporting internal product teams by translating technical requirements into scalable cloud solutions
• Ensuring security, compliance and traceability throughout the cloud infrastructure lifecycle
• Working with external IT partners and vendors to integrate services and manage platform components

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Hands‑on expertise with Terraform / Infrastructure‑as‑Code
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
• Solid understanding of networking, identity management and cloud securityExperience working in regulated environments (GxP, ISO, medical device, pharma or healthcare) is a strong plus
• Comfortable collaborating with both engineering teams and business stakeholders

Languages: English required | German is a strong advantage

Certifications in Azure, DevOps, or Cloud Architecture are welcome.
