ISATI Global Solutions in Switzerland seeks an experienced Avionics Engineer for Interior Lights and Air Data Systems to join a long‑term aircraft development program with a leading OEM.

You will serve as Lead Engineer for Interior Lights and support the Air Data System, mentoring team members and collaborating with avionics and interiors groups to push innovative concepts and deliverables in a global edge program.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering.
• 8 years of aerospace experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA or Swiss permit).

Your Mission

You will be at the forefront of innovation, supporting the continued development of new aircraft systems and component technologies. Surrounded by a passionate and collaborative team, you will help shape the next aircraft generation.

• For Interior Lights: to become Lead engineer, working closely with the Avionics and Interiors team.
• For Air Data System (probes and computer): to support the Lead engineer, providing guiding/mentoring team members.

Minimum Requirements

What You Bring

• University Degree in aeronautical, mechanical engineering.
• Minimum five (8) years experience in the aerospace industry.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1).
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work permit required).
