Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a proactive Production Planner to join the Manufacturing Planning Department. The role centers on creating and monitoring production orders, coordinating material planning, and aligning schedules with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will evaluate production options, manage risks to schedules, and drive continuous improvements in MRP tools and processes while leveraging SAP MM/PP, Power BI, and CAD

Qualifikationen

• Reading technical drawings as part of production planning and design interpretation.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations relevant to manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Create and monitor production orders using the bill of materials.
• Manage purchasing requisitions and material planning to ensure on-time production.
• Release and coordinate production orders based on project schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Production teams to align schedules.
• Evaluate in-house capabilities vs. outsourcing to optimize efficiency.
• Track Purchase Orders and address risks to delivery timelines.
• Implement Engineering Change Notes and revisions in production.
• Update internal MRP tools and processes for continuous improvement.
