Zusammenfassung

Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a proactive Production Planner to join the Manufacturing Planning Department. You will create and monitor production orders, manage material planning, and coordinate with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.

Strong knowledge of PDM/PLM systems and CAD tools (Teamcenter, NX, AutoCAD) plus SAP MM/PP experience are advantageous. Hybrid work arrangement available in Basel, with a team-focused aviation culture.

Qualifikationen

• Technical certificate or bachelor’s in manufacturing or production.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and aviation regulations.
• Experience with PDM/PLM systems and 3D CAD tools (Teamcenter, NX, AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with SAP modules MM and PP is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI/Excel/SharePoint a plus; VBA a plus.
• Problem-solving, proactive attitude, teamwork; cross-cultural collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Produce and monitor production orders using BOM and define materials, work centers, and labor.
• Manage purchasing requisitions and material planning for on-time production.
• Release and coordinate production orders aligned with project schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to meet schedules.
• Evaluate internal capabilities vs outsourcing to optimize efficiency.
• Track POs and mitigate delivery risks; manage changes (Engineering Change Notes).
• Maintain and improve internal MRP tools and processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
