Qim info seeks an experienced Avaloq-focused Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and IT in a strategic banking transformation. You will analyze requirements, ensure alignment with Avaloq standards, and guide the design and testing of Avaloq-based solutions within a regulated environment.

You will lead FAT/UAT, produce functional documentation, support configuration, and collaborate with international teams to deliver high-impact changes in private banking and wealth management

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience as Technical Business Analyst in Avaloq.
• Strong Avaloq expertise including reporting and credit modules.
• Solid understanding of private banking and wealth management.
• Experience in requirements engineering, analysis, documentation and validation.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent SQL skills and database analysis.

In a nutshell We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong Avaloq expertise to join a strategic banking transformation program. Acting as a bridge between business and IT teams, you will contribute to the analysis, design, implementation and support of Avaloq-based solutions within a complex and highly regulated environment.

Your mission:

• Gather, analyse and challenge business and regulatory requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications aligned with Avaloq standards.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of Avaloq-based solutions while ensuring feasibility and consistency with the target architecture.
• Perform impact and gap analyses to integrate new functionalities into the existing Avaloq ecosystem.
• Define and document system enhancements, configuration changes and development requirements.
• Produce and maintain functional documentation, ensuring end-to-end traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Support configuration and customization activities within the Avaloq platform.
• Define functional test scenarios and test cases to validate delivered solutions.
• Act as the functional interface between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Lead Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) and participate in non-regression testing activities.
• Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to change management initiatives.
• Analyse, document and resolve production incidents and complex support requests.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide ongoing functional support to technical teams.

Profile sought:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst within an Avaloq environment.
• Strong expertise in Avaloq, including reporting and credit-related functionalities.
• Solid understanding of private banking and wealth management processes.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering, analysis, documentation and validation.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops involving diverse stakeholders and complex topics.
• Very good command of SQL, PL/SQL and database analysis tools.
• Experience in functional specifications, testing and solution validation.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Differentiating skills:

• Hands-on experience with Avaloq Reporting and Avaloq Credit modules.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities.
