• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a STEM field
• Certified Avaloq Professional with 2 years or more professional experience in business analysis and parameterisation of Avaloq software
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; other languages are a plus
• Team player with excellent communication skills

Aufgaben

• Analyse, design, and implement the Avaloq software in various business areas and in close cooperation with banking clients
• Take on functional and technical responsibility on the project for specific business areas
• Develop functional or technical specifications according to client needs
• Support coaching of consultants and training of users
• Be involved in product and business development
• To architect, design and develop solutions for product/project delivery and sustenance, as an SME; gather specifications and deliver client solutions
• Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies to keep solutions current and meet quality standards
• Maintain a pool of skilled professionals through interviewing, training, and mentorship

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an Subject Matter Expert
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
