• 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Robotics, or Autonomous Systems.
• Strong C++ expertise and familiarity with Python.
• Strong understanding of autonomous systems concepts such as perception, localization, sensor fusion, planning, or control.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, and Linux development.
• Experience with Git, debugging, testing, and maintainable software architectures.
• Strong familiarity with APIs, multithreading, containerization, and modern software development practices.
• Ability to independently own complex technical problems.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
