Role Description

This full-time, on-site Robotics Engineer / Autonomy role is based in Winterthur, Zürich. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating autonomy algorithms for robotic platforms, mainly UAS, with a focus on perception, navigation, obstacle avoidance, and mission execution. The person in this role will implement and optimize software modules, validate performance through simulation and field testing, and refine systems based on data-driven insights. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing system requirements, conducting experiments, and documenting designs and test results. The role actively contributes to technical roadmaps, supports integration, and mentors other team members in robotics and autonomous systems development.
