agap2 is a European engineering and operational consulting group founded in 2005. We support clients in Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and more.

You will design, implement, qualify and improve automation systems in GMP environments, collaborating with engineering, production, quality and validation teams. You will work on PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS or MES projects, contributing to FAT, SAT, commissioning and validation activities, and ensuring data integrity across complex manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Industrial IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life science environment.
• Professional experience with at least one of: PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, MES, OT networks.
• Knowledge of GMP, GAMP 5, data integrity and qualification/validation principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a consulting and project-based environment.
• Good communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage.

As a consultant, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.

Tasks

You will work on the design, implementation, qualification and improvement of automation systems in GMP-regulated environments. Depending on your background, your expertise may focus on PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, MES or industrial networks.

• Knowledge of automation systems and industrial communication technologies.Experience with one or more platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Emerson DeltaV or Syncade is an advantage.
• Understanding of GMP, GAMP 5, data integrity and qualification/validation principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a consulting and project-based environment.
• Good communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage.
