SKAN AG offers a four-year apprenticeship program designed to provide a dual training path across mechanical, electrical, and metal industries. Trainees rotate through different departments, learn through hands-on projects, and collaborate with peers to build social and professional competence.

The program includes vocational schooling in Basel, opportunities for a vocational baccalaureate, and exposure to product testing, project management, and customer contact.

Qualifikationen

• Completed intermediate or upper secondary school.
• Good grades in mathematics and physics.
• Very good knowledge of German; English knowledge an advantage.

• Build automated control systems.
