• Understand, model and optimisee business processes: e.g. booking, payment or service workflows
• Analyse, evaluate and clearly visualise date (dashboards, reports, presentations)
• Monitor trends in ICT and digital business and leverage them for improvements
• Support the implementation of digital solutions: create training materials, write user documentation and conduct training sessions
• Collaborate on interlnal projects: coordinate work steps, communicate with subject matter experts and clients and oversee testing
