SKAN AG in Allschwil offers a four-year apprenticeship to produce technical drawings of machines as 3D models. Training is conducted in the head office with two days per week at Liestal vocational school and a possible vocational baccalaureate.

The specialisation covers mechanical, electrical and metal industry. You will train in the design department, gain insights into assembly and project management, and prepare production data while exchanging with production teams.

Qualifikationen

• Completed intermediate or upper secondary school.
• Strong mathematics skills, especially geometry.
• Interest in drawing and construction.
• Very good knowledge of German.
• Good command of English.

Aufgaben

• Training in the internal design department.
• Gain insights into assembly, project management and other departments.
• Design and draw insulators and their components.
• Prepare production data for orders.
• Intense exchange with production and assembly.
• External production internship in the workshop for 6 months.
