Ansaldo Energia in Switzerland seeks a skilled engineer to design, configure and execute control systems for gas turbines. You will focus on hardware specification, engineering and integration with system suppliers to deliver robust solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in electrical or automation engineering and have 5+ years in control/automation design for power or process plants, with knowledge of industrial automation and EPLAN.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical or automation engineering as a minimum.
• At least 5 years designing and executing control and automation systems for power or process plants.
• Familiar with industrial automation products and I&C loop design.
• Knowledge of codes and standards and safety concepts is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Prepare specifications for gas turbine control systems and components.
• Establish and maintain design rules in compliance with technical requirements and codes.
• Engineer field loops for sensors and actuators.
• Create design, manufacturing and commissioning documentation.
• Configure and customize gas turbine control systems per project needs.
• Support procurement activities and supplier selection with technical input.
• Supervise suppliers during project execution and conduct factory tests.
• Provide troubleshooting during erection and commissioning and hand over to service.
