Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking an Associate R&D Specialist System Performance to drive the capability of in-home beverage systems, such as Nespresso and Nescafé Dolce Gusto, ensuring a perfect cup and user experience.

You will collaborate with Front End Innovation, Development and Industrialization teams, own aspects of system performance, and leverage data-driven tools to accelerate learning and decision-making in a global context.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of physics and fluid mechanics to solve technical challenges.
• Ability to analyze data and use modelling to guide decisions.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive system performance to ensure consistent cup quality and user experience across Nestlé beverage systems.
• Build science-based understanding of machine, product and packaging interactions to inform design decisions.
