BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director to lead global value, access, pricing and reimbursement launch-readiness across growth indications.
You will translate pivotal evidence into differentiated access strategies and country-ready toolkits, guiding affiliates and cross-functional teams to secure timely reimbursement and strong patient access at launch and throughout lifecycle. You will collaborate with HEOR, Medical, Commercial, Clinical Development and Regulatory teams and lead
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level life sciences/health economics/pharmacy/related field required.
- Advanced degree strongly preferred (MSc/MPH/PharmD/PhD/MBA).
- 8+ years in biopharmaceutical value, access, pricing and reimbursement roles.
- Experience with HTA processes and payer systems across markets and US payer environment.
Responsabilités
- Drive global market access and reimbursement strategy across lead indications and pipeline.
- Translate pivotal evidence into access and pricing tactics and country-ready toolkits.
- Collaborate with HEOR, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and affiliates to optimize reimbursement and pricing.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
- Develop global value dossiers and payer value evidence in partnership with HEOR.
