BeOne is seeking an Associate Director, Integrated Insights, New Markets to shape forecasting, analytics, and strategic planning for BeOne’s portfolio in Latam, Mena, Africa and Eastern Europe. You will design, execute, and manage market analyses to guide commercial plans and opportunities across New Markets.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in forecasting and analytics in biotech/pharma, global experience, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for the Executive Team.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years progressive experience in forecasting, strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
• Biotech or pharmaceutical launch/in-market experience required.
• Global and/or international experience.
• In-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for business growth.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA).
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt plans as new market findings arise.

Aufgaben

• Manage unit & revenue assumptions in short- and long-range New Markets forecasts across the BeOne portfolio.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize forecast design and epidemiology sources.
• Support the finance team and other executive team members in the design of alternative forecast models as needed.
• Design and develop prescriptive and predictive analytical approaches, leveraging primary and secondary data sources.
• Execute and implement analytical solutions in support of business opportunity and risk assessment, customer segmentation and targeting, promotion ROI analytics, and patient flow modelling.
• Support commercial planning of products in development and under consideration for potential licensing, including evaluation of market opportunities for partner and affiliate markets.
• Analyze data to provide ongoing strategic and tactical guidance to business partner and development teams; identify potential marketing opportunities and threats.
• Build strategic thought partnerships across marketing, market access, clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
