Job summary

Napapijri in Stabio, Switzerland is seeking an Associate Designer to join our team. You will participate in all design steps to create the apparel collection across categories, report to the Design Director, propose ideas, research trends and sketch solutions.

Collaborating with design, product development and merchandising, you will ensure alignment with seasonal direction, build brand consistency, and develop concepts, colors and HO deliverables while managing multiple tasks with strong

Qualifications

BA in Fashion Design.
1–3 years of experience as an apparel designer.
Fluent in English.
Strong CAD skills and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; AI design is a plus.
Excellent product development knowledge and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Participate and assist in all design steps to create the apparel collection.
Propose creative ideas and design solutions; conduct trend research and sketches.
Collaborate with design, product development and merchandiser to align with seasonal direction.
Support in developing seasonal concepts, colors strategy and HO deliverables.
Sketch new seasonal designs and assist in making collection overviews.
