Job summary

Triumph Group’s sloggi Creative Design Team in Wallisellen seeks a Design Associate for a 100% hybrid role, requiring four mandatory days on-site. You will support seasonal product creation, maintain style sheets and sketches, and manage PLM data with CAD/3D work, mood boards, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Fashion or Textile Design, are fluent in English (German a plus), and bring Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or design school graduate in Fashion Design, Textile Design or related field.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills; Photoshop knowledge required; InDesign a plus.
• Experience with PLM systems is an advantage.
• Comfortable in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Team throughout the seasonal product creation process.
• Create, update and maintain style sheets, technical sketches and presentation materials.
• CAD/3D design and recolor existing styles according to seasonal color direction & collection briefing.
• Prepare digital mood boards, trend boards & design presentations; maintain updates.
• Upload and maintain product information, sketches and seasonal data in PLM.
• Ensure design files, product information and collection data are accurate and up to date.
• Manage and organize internal fabric, trim, color & sample libraries.
• Support trend, competitor & market research activities.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Brand Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Support design sample management and general office duties.
• Contribute to an inspiring, collaborative and energetic team culture.
