Business At Work is seeking an Admin & Corporate Finance Associate to support the CFO in governance, investor relations, treasury, FP&A and data & IT. The role offers exposure to equity investors, lenders, and the senior leadership team to help scale growth and sustainability initiatives in an impact-focused firm.

Based in Gland, near Geneva and Lausanne, with a hybrid option 1–2 days weekly and potential for 80% workload.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance or leading business school.
• 1–2 years in corporate finance (including M&A, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity).
• Strong oral & written English; French or German a plus.

• Prepare business cases for organic development including JVs, licensing and capital partnerships.
• Support cross-functional project management.
• Implement a quarterly reporting format for investors and creditors.
• Prepare presentations and reports to C-suite and Board of Directors.
• Draft presentations/docs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in due-diligence meetings.
• Work on valuation of investment opportunities.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Admin & Corporate Finance Associate will have the opportunity to drive future capital raising efforts and allocation strategic decisions for planetary, while driving internal initiatives for operational excellence The associate will benefit from direct exposure to all outward-facing finance activities, including supporting communication with equity investors, current and prospective lenders This is a unique opportunity to work very closely with the senior leadership team, to help drive both planetary's growth and sustainability missions

Main tasks

• Suppport the CFO in the execution of all type of engagements within the scope of the Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Treasury, FP&A, Data & IT, Corporate Finance department
• Preparation of business cases in the context of the Group's organic development, including JVs, licensing and other capital partnerships
• Support for the management of cross-functional projects
• Implementation of a quarterly reporting format for investors and creditors
• Prepare presentations and reports to C-suite and Board of Directors
• Draft presentations and other documents for both internal external stakeholders
• Participate in due-diligence meeting
• Work on the valuation of investment opportunities

This role is based in Gland (close to Geneva & Lausanne), with possibility for a hybrid working model 1 or 2 days a week. Possibility for 80% role if requested

University degree in Finance or leading business school Motivated to join an impact-focused industrial firm, seeking to do well by doing good and scaling up the alternative protein industry Excellent analytical and numerical skills, sound attention to details Between 1-2 years in corporate finance role (including M&A, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity) Strong oral & written communication skills in English (English is working language and strong fluency is required). French a plus, German is also a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite + willigness to drive AI internally Sound knowledge of corporate finance, private equity and venture capital principles Knowledge of the alternative protein industry, venture capital ecosystem and start-up life is a plus
