The Admin & Corporate Finance Associate will work directly with the CFO to drive capital raising efforts, support equity investors and lenders, and lead internal initiatives for operational excellence.

• University degree in Finance or leading business school.
• 1-2 years in corporate finance role (including M&A, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity).
• Strong English communication skills; French a plus and German is also a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the CFO in governance, investor relations, treasury, FP&A, data & IT, and corporate finance.
• Prepare business cases for organic development, JVs, licensing and capital partnerships.
• Support cross-functional project management and quarterly investor/creditor reporting.
• Prepare presentations and reports for C-suite and Board of Directors; draft external documents.
• Participate in due-diligence meetings; assist in valuing investment opportunities.

Starting with food, we build, own and operate a network of industrial-scale precision fermentation facilities globally for our partners. In addition, we produce mycoprotein as a B2B food ingredient using biomass fermentation. Going forward, planetary will expand its footprint into the development of sustainable, fermentation-based bio-materials and cosmetics.

Job Description

• Reporting directly to the CFO, the Admin & Corporate Finance Associate will have the opportunity to drive future capital raising efforts and allocation strategic decisions for planetary, while driving internal initiatives for operational excellence
• The associate will benefit from direct exposure to all outward-facing finance activities, including supporting communication with equity investors, current and prospective lenders

This is a unique opportunity to work very closely with the senior leadership team, to help drive both planetary’s growth and sustainability missions

Main Tasks

• Suppport the CFO in the execution of all type of engagements within the scope of the Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Treasury, FP&A, Data & IT, Corporate Finance department
• Preparation of business cases in the context of the Group’s organic development, including JVs, licensing and other capital partnerships
• Support for the management of cross-functional projects
• Implementation of a quarterly reporting format for investors and creditors
• Prepare presentations and reports to C-suite and Board of Directors
• Draft presentations and other documents for both internal external stakeholders
• Participate in due-diligence meeting
• Work on the valuation of investment opportunities

This role is based in Gland (close to Geneva & Lausanne), with possibility for a hybrid working model 1 or 2 days a week. Possibility for 80% role if requested

Preferred Experience

• University degree in Finance or leading business school
• Motivated to join an impact-focused industrial firm, seeking to do well by doing good and scaling up the alternative protein industry
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, sound attention to details
• Between 1-2 years in corporate finance role (including M&A, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity)
• Strong oral & written communication skills in English (English is working language and strong fluency is required). French a plus, German is also a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite + willigness to drive AI internally
• Sound knowledge of corporate finance, private equity and venture capital principles
• Knowledge of the alternative protein industry, venture capital ecosystem and start-up life is a plus

Recruitment Process

Up to 4 rounds of interviews with CEO, CFO and rest of management team, including technical questions

Ideal start as early as late September / October 2026

Remote working allowed, 1 day per week ideally
