Pandora is seeking an organized and energetic team member to join our newly established eCommerce fulfillment center in Rotkreuz. You will pick, pack and dispatch sold items, handle returns and respond to online customer queries with a service-oriented mindset.

To succeed, you should be fluent in German, have a hands-on mentality, stay accurate under pressure, and work well with a diverse team. We offer a modern workplace, flat hierarchy and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language required.

Responsabilités

• Picking, packaging and distribution of sold items.
• Printing and handling of order/return fulfillment with IT tools.
• Provide professional customer service via E-mail with post-sale focus.
• Check and count stock received for eCommerce inventory and shipping materials.
• Process returns accurately and efficiently and in a timely manner.

As part of a small and energetic team you will ensure that all sold items are picked, packaged and dispatched within a duly manner and thus provide the customer with an exceptional online shopping experience in our newly established eCommerce fulfillment center in Rotkreuz. Part of the job will also be to handle returns and to respond to online customer queries in a timely and service-oriented manner. To ensure success in this position, you perform to a high level of accuracy. Top candidates will be upstanding, organized and able to perform under pressure, always having a state-of-the-art customer experience on top of their mind.
