Zusammenfassung

Manpower Switzerland is assisting a Geneva-based asset management client in finding an experienced Asset Manager specialized in discretionary portfolio management, to manage portfolios aligned with client objectives and the investment policy.

The role requires expertise in structured products, bonds, equities and funds, frequent interaction with the Investment Committee and collaboration with the Advisory Team and Head of Structuring, as well as regular client meetings and market commentary.

Qualifikationen

• Asset Manager with 5 years of experience focused on structured products, bonds, equities and funds.

Aufgaben

• Report to Investment Committee and work with Advisory Team and Head of Structuring and Distribution.
• Manage discretionary portfolio management (DPM) portfolios within investment policy.
• Manage client portfolios per objectives and restrictions.
• Execute securities trades to maintain strategy and objectives.
• Attend client meetings to update on market conditions and portfolio performance.
• Evaluate DPM performance and ensure compliance with policy statements.
• Stay up to date with investment and market news.

Your profile and responsabilities

• Asset Manager of 5 years of experience specialized ideally in Structure Products, as well as Bonds, Equities and Funds
• Reporting to the Investment Committee and working closely with Advisory Team and the Head of Structuring and Distribution
• Effectively run Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) portfolios following the guidelines of investment policy statement.
• Manage individual portfolios following clients’ investment objectives and restrictions.
• Buying and selling securities in client accounts and certificates to maintain a specific investment strategy, or to reach an investment objective.
• In case-by-case attend client meetings, including informing clients of market conditions, updating them on investment research and economic trends, and discussing their portfolio performance and investment objectives.
• Evaluating the performance of different DPMs and individual investment portfolios and ensuring compliance with investment policy statements.
• Staying up to date with relevant investment and trading news, and economic trends.
