Zusammenfassung

Manpower SA is seeking an Asset Manager in Geneva to lead discretionary portfolio management in line with our client’s investment policy. You will manage client accounts, conduct buy/sell decisions, and accompany client meetings to discuss market conditions and portfolio performance.

The role requires 5 years of experience with a focus on structure products, bonds, equities or funds, and collaboration with the Investment Committee and Advisory Team.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of experience in asset management or related field.
• Specialization in Structure Products, bonds, equities or funds preferred.
• Experience reporting to Investment Committee and coordinating with advisory teams.

Aufgaben

• Run Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) portfolios following investment policy statements.
• Manage client portfolios aligned with investment objectives and restrictions.
• Execute buy/sell decisions to maintain investment strategy and objectives.
• Attend client meetings to discuss market conditions, research, trends, and portfolio performance.
• Evaluate performance of DPMs and portfolios for policy compliance.
• Stay updated on investment and market news and economic trends.

Your profile and responsabilities

• Asset Manager of 5 years of experience specialized ideally in Structure Products, as well as Bonds, Equities and Funds
• Reporting to the Investment Committee and working closely with Advisory Team and the Head of Structuring and Distribution
• Effectively run Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)portfolios following the guidelines of investment policy statement.
• Manage individual portfolios following clients’ investment objectives and restrictions.
• Buying and selling securities in client accounts and certificates to maintain a specific investment strategy, or to reach an investment objective.
• In case-by-case attend client meetings, including informing clients of market conditions, updating them on investment research and economic trends, and discussing their portfolio performance and investment objectives.
• Evaluating the performance of different DPMs and individual investment portfolios and ensuring compliance with investment policy statements.
• Staying up to date with relevant investment and trading news, and economic trends.
