Job summary

Qualifications

Several years of experience in the assembly of an industrial company.
First leadership experience is an advantage.
Knowledge in electrical engineering and pneumatics is an advantage.
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style.

Responsibilities

Technical and personnel leadership of employees in assembly.
Ensuring timely and efficient order processing.
Planning and optimal deployment of employees, production resources, and tools.
Support and active participation in the assembly teams.
Ensuring quality requirements in the assembly of solenoid valves and blow blocks.
Promotion and further development of employees.
Participation in the introduction of new products and the establishment of new assembly workplaces.
Ensuring compliance with assembly processes and EKAS guidelines.
Continuous optimization of assembly processes using Lean methods.
