The World of Seitz in Switzerland is seeking a Team Leader Assembly (m/f/d) to lead a hands-on assembly team, drive timely order processing, and plan resources and tools for peak performance. You will promote continuous improvement and participate in new product introductions.

Responsibilities

• Technical and personnel leadership of employees in assembly.
• Ensuring timely and efficient order processing.
• Planning and optimal deployment of employees, production resources, and tools.
• Support and active participation in the assembly teams.
• Ensuring quality requirements in the assembly of solenoid valves and blow blocks.
• Promotion and further development of employees.
• Participation in the introduction of new products and the establishment of new assembly workplaces.
• Ensuring compliance with assembly processes and EKAS guidelines.
• Continuous optimization of assembly processes using Lean methods.
