Job summary

BMC Switzerland AG is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive premium growth across Asia, with a primary focus on China. You will develop partnerships, own the sales cycle, and ensure premium brand execution across channels.

The role requires deep China market knowledge, a strong network in the cycling ecosystem, and willingness to travel extensively while based in Asia. Fluency in English, Mandarin preferred, and a passion for cycling are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in cycling industry with hands-on China experience.
• Strong network across cycling ecosystem (distributors, retailers, media).
• Ability to translate market insight into concrete business actions.
• Based in Asia and willing to travel extensively.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead BMC’s commercial development across Asia, focusing on China.
• Build data-driven understanding of the China cycling ecosystem, distribution and retail.
• Identify and develop partners; assess long-term fit and potential.
• Own the full sales cycle with distributors: strategy, forecasting, sell-in and retail execution.
• Strengthen distributor relationships to align with premium positioning.
• Deliver dealer and distributor training to elevate market knowledge.
