Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking a Master’s student or recent graduate to support AI Academy, Knowledge Management, and digital transformation initiatives in a global pharmaceutical setting. You will help develop learning programs, organize knowledge content, and apply AI tools to enhance enterprise knowledge systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, independent work, and fluent English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Knowledge Engineering, Digital Design, or related field.
• Interest in AI, Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation and emerging technologies.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic search, metadata modeling, or information architecture is beneficial.
• Experience in web design, UX/UI concepts, prototyping, or SharePoint Online is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Job Description

AI Academy & Data Academy

• Support the development of AI and Data Academy learning programs and training materials.
• Research AI trends and translate business use cases into practical learning content.
• Prepare presentations, workshop materials, and stakeholder communications.

Knowledge Management & Process Wiki

• Support the development of the Process Wiki / Knowledge Navigator.
• Organize content, navigation structures, and information architecture.
• Contribute to taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge management best practices.

AI & Knowledge Solutions

• Apply AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI technologies.
• Support knowledge graph, semantic search, and AI-enabled knowledge solutions.
• Document findings and recommendations for project stakeholders.

Digital Experience & Collaboration

• Create user-friendly digital content, page concepts, and prototypes.
• Support UX/UI design and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic AI and knowledge management projects.

The Successful Applicant

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Knowledge Engineering, Digital Design, or a related field.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic search, metadata modeling, or information architecture is beneficial.
• Experience in web design, UX/UI concepts, prototyping, or SharePoint Online is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required; German is considered an advantage.
