Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical organization for an AI & Knowledge Management Associate to support AI & Data Academies and design a Process Wiki / Knowledge Navigator. The role is 40-80% and ASAP.

You will work with knowledge management and business stakeholders to create learning content, AI-enabled knowledge solutions, and user-friendly digital experiences while contributing to taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in AI, Knowledge Management, and digital transformation.
• Experience with generative AI tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, metadata modeling, or IA is beneficial.
• Experience in web design, UX/UI concepts or SharePoint is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support the development of AI & Data Academy learning programs and training materials.
• Research AI trends and translate business use cases into content.
• Prepare presentations, workshop materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Support the Process Wiki / Knowledge Navigator content and information architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic AI and knowledge projects.
