CSL Vifor in Bern, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Artwork Management & Change Control Manager (100%) to lead end-to-end artwork processes across the network, ensuring compliance with global standards and service levels.

You will manage GLAMS as a key user, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external design partners, and contribute to continual improvement of workflows within a growing pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Design, Packaging, Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Artwork Management, Artwork Coordination, Design, Labelling, Supply Chain or related function.
• Experience with process definition, implementation and/or continuous improvement is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Artwork Management processes and systems; GLAMS or comparable system experience is desirable.
• Experience working with external design partners, agencies, vendors or service providers is advantageous.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry is advantageous but not required.

Aufgaben

• Drive efficient and reliable execution of Artwork Management processes, ensuring end-to-end interfaces and collaboration across internal and external partners.
• Act as a key and administrative user of the GLAMS system, supporting effective system use across the stakeholder network.
• Support definition, implementation and continuous improvement of Artwork Management and Change Control processes.
• Collaborate with external artwork design partners and internal stakeholders to meet service levels.
• Support and influence stakeholders involved in artwork creation and maintenance to adhere to processes and best practices.
• Support lean Change Control processes across functions to enable efficient execution.
• Coordinate artwork development for new product launches with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across Artwork Design and Change Control.
