Julius Baer is seeking an Art Director to shape the visual expression of the brand across advertising campaigns, marketing initiatives, and key touchpoints. You will develop compelling concepts and visual narratives that translate strategy into distinctive communications.

You will work closely with the campaign manager, branding team, and agencies to ensure design excellence, consistency, and strong brand equity across all channels. A strong portfolio and premium brand experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• 3–5 years in art direction or brand communications.
• Strong portfolio across campaigns and premium brands.
• Experience with agencies and production partners.
• Experience across digital and print media.
• Financial services or luxury brand experience is a plus.
