Best Choice Roofing is seeking a Lead Setting Call Center Agent to manage inbound calls and proactively contact sales leads to schedule qualified appointments with homeowners. You will follow scripts, hit SOPs, and maintain accurate records while aiming to meet or exceed targets.

The role emphasizes strong communication, rapport-building, multitasking, and proficiency with computer systems to drive opportunities for our in-home sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Call center, sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; build rapport quickly.
• Multitask between conversations, computer systems, and data entry.
• Driven, motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and outbound leads to set appointments.
• Use call script to guide conversations, build rapport, overcome objections.
• Follow SOPs and call cadence for each lead source.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team with accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls, appointments, follow-ups in internal systems.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly appointment-setting goals.
