You will build SOTA models across text, image, and speech, create methods, and collaborate with science, engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expert in PyTorch or JAX with hands-on model development.
• Able to navigate large codebases independently with minimal guidance.
• Proficient Python coding with clean, high-performance style.

Responsabilidades

• Run pre-training and deployment of state-of-the-art models on GPU clusters.
• Tackle real-world problems across robotics, finance, cybersecurity, physics, and more.
• Generate and curate data for pre-training and evaluation.
• Develop tools and frameworks for data generation, training, evaluation and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex use cases using agents and retrieval pipelines.
• Manage research projects and coordinate with client research teams.
